Προστασία Κεφαλής Ασφαλείας Uvex 9906008

Uvex pheos visor system combines optimized ergonomics and flexible functionality to provide advanced head and face protection. The system uses polycarbonate visors with the uvex supravision excellence coating for anti-fog and anti-scratch performance. Multiple mounting options are available — mechanical levers or automatic magnetic locks — and certain visors are compatible with different uvex pheos helmet models and earmuffs when the correct adapter or variant is used.

Advantages

The visor system offers quick assembly, especially with the magnetic variant, and an ergonomic joint system that distributes the weight of attachments evenly to improve helmet comfort during prolonged use. Lenses are replaceable and the visors meet EN 166 and EN 170 standards, with additional certifications for protection against liquids, molten metal and hot solids. Specific visors are GS-ET 29 certified for arc protection in Class 1 (4 kA) or Class 2 (7 kA).

How to use

Choose the visor variant compatible with your uvex pheos helmet model and, if required, fit adapter 9790067 for pheos alpine. Attach the visor to the helmet using the mechanical levers or magnetic locks according to the selected model; magnetic variants allow quicker assembly. If using earmuffs, select the matching mechanical or magnetic earmuff variant before mounting. Replace lenses as needed and ensure all attachments are correctly seated to maintain certified protection levels.

Recommendations

Check the visor model and certification required for your workplace hazards (arc class, liquid splash, molten metal). Follow helmet and visor maintenance instructions, inspect attachments regularly, and replace scratched or damaged lenses to preserve anti-fog, anti-scratch and certified protective properties.
