Πρόσοψη rack Omnitronic Z-19U χάλυβας μαύρο 3U (3HE) για rack 19 ιντσών

The Omnitronic Z-19U Steel Black 3U front panel is a durable, blanking and mounting accessory for 19-inch racks. Constructed from steel with a black finish, this 3U (3HE) panel creates a stable and protective front surface for installed equipment, panels and controls. It helps to organize rack space, close unused rack openings and reduce dust ingress to internal components in professional audio, broadcast and IT environments.

Advantages

The steel construction delivers structural strength and long-term resistance to deformation, while the black finish provides a uniform appearance that integrates with standard 19-inch rack systems. The 3U height offers compatibility with devices and mounting patterns that require a larger front closure. Using a dedicated front panel simplifies cable routing at the rack front and protects sensitive electronics from direct exposure to dust and accidental contact.

How to use

Install the panel in the required 3U front position of a 19-inch rack by aligning the panel with the rack’s mounting rails and securing it with appropriate rack screws. If using the panel as a mounting surface, mark and prepare the panel for cutouts or adapter plates before final installation, ensuring all edges are deburred and fasteners are suitable for steel. Use the panel to close unused openings or to provide a finished front where small controls or indicators will be mounted.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, use corrosion-resistant rack screws and avoid over-tightening to prevent deformation. If modifying the panel for cutouts, protect surrounding finishes and check that any mounted components do not obstruct ventilation for adjacent equipment.
