Προσαρμογέας οπτικών ινών Telegärtner J08071A0044 LC μωβ multimode singlemode

The Telegärtner J08071A0044 LC violet fibre optic adapter supports both multi-mode and single-mode connections and complies with IEC 61754-20 interface standards. Supplied as a single unit, the adapter provides a compact coupling solution for LC-terminated fibre cables. Its violet colour offers immediate visual identification in mixed-fibre installations where colour coding helps separate fibre types or services.

Advantages

This LC adapter provides reliable mechanical alignment for LC connectors and meets the IEC 61754-20 specification to ensure interoperability with standard LC interfaces. The compact form factor and rugged housing deliver stable mating performance across repeated insertions. Colour-coding simplifies identification during installation and maintenance, reducing the chance of connection errors in complex patching environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting LC-terminated multi-mode fibre cables
• Connecting LC-terminated single-mode fibre cables
• Patch panels and fibre distribution frames
• Data centre and telecommunications cabinet installations
• Field splicing enclosures and modular fibre housings

Key specifications

• Interface type: LC duplex compatible
• Application: supports multi-mode and single-mode fibres
• Standards compliance: IEC 61754-20 optical interface specification
• Colour: violet for visual identification
• Packaging: single unit per pack

How to use

Insert LC connectors on the fibre cables into each side of the adapter until they click into place, ensuring proper alignment and full insertion. Use the adapter to join two LC-terminated fibre leads or to provide a coupler point on a patch panel. For single-mode links, ensure connectors and cables meet required cleanliness and polishing standards to maintain low insertion loss. When disconnecting, depress the LC latch and withdraw the connector straight out to avoid damage to ferrules.

Recommendations

Before installation, inspect and, if necessary, clean connector endfaces using appropriate fibre cleaning tools to avoid contamination. Use the violet colour as part of a consistent rack or cabinet labelling scheme to differentiate fibre types or services. Avoid excessive mechanical stress on connected cables and maintain minimum bend radii specified by the cable manufacturer to preserve optical performance.
