Advantages

The cable provides a direct digital connection from DVI-D to HDMI Type A without active conversion, ensuring minimal signal loss over its 5 m length. Its 7.3 mm diameter and robust construction contribute to reliable performance and long service life. The black colour integrates unobtrusively with most setups and the standardized connectors ensure wide compatibility with computers, monitors, TVs and projectors.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop with DVI-D output to an HDMI monitor
• Linking a computer to an HDMI TV for video playback
• Connecting a DVI-D equipped workstation to an HDMI projector
• Home office and business AV setups requiring a passive DVI-D to HDMI connection

How to use

Connect the DVI-D end of the DeLOCK 85586 cable to the DVI-D port on your PC or laptop and plug the HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI input of your monitor, TV or projector. Recommendations

For best results, use this passive DVI-D to HDMI cable for video-only applications; if audio transmission is required, ensure the source device supports audio over HDMI or use a separate audio connection. Avoid tight bends and heavy strain on the connectors to maintain signal integrity.
