Προφίλ αλουμινίου U EUROLITE 20 mm, μοντέλο 51210865, ασημί, μήκος 2 m

EUROLITE aluminium U-profile 20 mm, length 2 m, is a silver-coloured extruded channel intended for edge protection, trim and simple cable routing in construction and interior applications. The lightweight aluminium construction offers a neat visible finish while resisting corrosion, making it suitable for use where a clean, metal appearance and basic mechanical protection are required. The straight U-shape provides a simple guide for panels, edges and cables while remaining easy to cut and fit on site.

Advantages

The aluminium material combines low weight with good rigidity and corrosion resistance, allowing the profile to be handled and installed without heavy support. Its 20 mm internal width and uniform cross-section ensure consistent coverage and alignment along edges. The silver surface gives a neutral metallic look that integrates with many design styles and is compatible with common workshop tools for trimming, drilling and fastening. As a non-ferrous material, it is suitable for environments where rust-free performance is preferred.

How to use

Measure and mark the required length, then cut the aluminium U-profile with a suitable saw or cutting tool for aluminium. Deburr cut edges before installation to avoid damage to cables or panels. Position the profile over the edge or along the run to be protected or concealed and secure it using appropriate screws, rivets or adhesive depending on the substrate. For cable runs, place cables within the U-channel and fix the profile at regular intervals to maintain alignment and support.

Recommendations

For best results, pre-drill fixing holes in the profile when mounting to hard substrates to prevent deformation. Use corrosion-resistant fasteners if the installation is in a humid environment. When a more finished appearance is required, consider light sanding or applying a compatible coating, taking care not to alter the fit where mating parts are involved.
