Πρίζα RJ-45 Telegärtner J00020A0529 μεταλλικό 2 μονάδες κατηγορία 6a

The Telegärtner J00020A0529 metallic RJ-45 socket-outlet is a compact, two-module faceplate designed for Category 6a structured cabling. With a metal housing and dimensions of 41 mm width and 28 mm depth, this socket-outlet provides a sturdy connection point for high-speed Ethernet links and supports the electrical and mechanical requirements of Cat6a installations. The product is intended for wall or flush-mounted outlets where a reliable, shielded RJ-45 interface is required.

Advantages

The metallic construction improves shielding and mechanical durability compared with non-metallic faceplates, helping to reduce electromagnetic interference in shielded cabling systems. Its two-module form factor allows flexible module combinations and easy replacement of individual connectors. The compact footprint is suitable for installations with limited mounting depth while still maintaining Category 6a electrical performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications.

Suitable for

• Shielded Category 6a Ethernet installations in offices and data rooms
• Flush-mounted wall outlets where space is limited
• Environments requiring robust mechanical protection and EMI shielding
• Network points that may need future module changes or upgrades

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45 socket-outlet, 2-module
• Category: Compliant with Category 6a performance
• Material: Metallic housing for improved shielding and durability
• Dimensions: Approx. 41 mm width, 28 mm mounting depth
• Application: Shielded structured cabling, supports up to 10 Gbps over appropriate cabling

How to use

Install the socket-outlet into a compatible two-module wall plate or mounting frame following local electrical and cabling standards. Terminate the shielded twisted-pair cable to the modular insert or compatible keystone jacks according to the wiring code used (T568A/B) and ensure the cable shield is properly bonded to the metallic housing. After termination, mount the faceplate into the wall box and secure it with the appropriate screws. Test the installed outlet with a network tester rated for Category 6a to verify continuity, pair assignments, and performance.

Recommendations

Use this metallic socket-outlet as part of a shielded cabling system to maintain optimal EMI protection. Ensure that the cable shield and outlet housing are correctly grounded and that compatible Category 6a components are used throughout the link to achieve the specified performance. Avoid installing in environments with corrosive chemicals without additional protective measures.
