Πριόνι τρυπανιού KWB 499814 1,4 cm για κεραμικά, γρανίτη, μάρμαρο

The KWB 499814 hole saw is a single-piece, diamond particle coated tool designed for drilling precise holes in ceramic, granite, marble and other natural stones. With a 1.4 cm diameter, the tool offers high concentricity and accurate cutting performance for wallplug holes, water and waste pipe passages, and small electrical box and socket openings where material is hard or brittle.

Advantages

Diamond particle coating and high-quality industrial diamond construction allow clean, controlled drilling even in the hardest tiles and natural stone slabs. The unitary body construction improves concentricity and reduces wobble for accurate holes. Available in a range covering 5–35 mm for typical wallplug and pipe tasks and 45–82 mm for larger waste pipes and electrical boxes, the tool is suitable for demanding ceramic and stone work.

How to use

Secure the workpiece and mark the drilling position. Use the hole saw with a compatible drill or drill stand, applying steady feed and moderate speed. For hard materials such as granite, marble or porcelain, use water cooling or periodic spraying to reduce heat and extend tool life. Avoid excessive pressure; let the diamond coating perform the cutting. After drilling, remove debris and inspect the hole for burrs or glazing.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves) and a drill with sufficient power and a secure chuck. For the best results on thick or very hard stone, operate with water cooling and consider a drill guide or stand to maintain perpendicularity and prevent chipping.
