Poynting κεραία patch A-PATCH-0026, N-Typ-F υποδοχή θηλυκή, κέρδος 8,7 dBi

Compact Poynting patch antenna A-PATCH-0026 with an N-Type female connector and 8.7 dBi gain provides directional signal reception and transmission for fixed wireless installations. The low-profile rectangular housing and focused radiation pattern make this antenna suitable for improving cellular links, IoT gateways and point-to-point or point-to-multipoint data connections where a stable directional signal is required.

Advantages

This patch antenna offers a balance of moderate gain and compact size, enabling easier mounting on walls or poles without large visual impact. The N-Type female connector supports common coaxial cabling for straightforward integration. Its directional characteristics reduce interference from unwanted directions and help concentrate RF energy toward the intended source, improving link reliability and effective range.

Suitable for

• Improving cellular signal strength for fixed indoor or outdoor receivers
• Connecting IoT gateways and M2M devices in sites with directional coverage needs
• Creating stable point-to-point or point-to-multipoint data links
• Use on small masts, poles or walls where a discreet directional antenna is required

Key specifications

• Antenna type: directional patch
• Gain: 8.7 dBi
• Connector: N-Type female
• Mounting: wall or pole compatible low-profile housing
• Polarization: linear
• Typical use: cellular, IoT, data links

How to use

Mount the antenna on a stable vertical surface or pole with the main beam oriented toward the remote base station or target device. Use an appropriate low-loss coaxial cable and ensure the N-Type female connector is securely fastened to the cable assembly or adapter. Verify alignment by checking received signal strength or data throughput and make small adjustments to optimize performance. Protect outdoor cable runs and connectors from moisture using suitable weatherproofing.

Recommendations

For best results, install the antenna at an elevated position with a clear line of sight to the target and avoid nearby metallic obstructions. Match cable type and length to minimize insertion loss, and use weatherproof N-Type seals for outdoor installations.
