Πομποδέκτης δικτύου PLANET POE-E301 400 m Απόσταση Μπλε

PLANET POE-E301 is a compact network transmitter/receiver designed to extend both Gigabit Ethernet data and IEEE 802.3af/at/bt PoE power beyond the standard 100 m limit over Cat.5/5e/6 UTP cabling. The device supports extension to 200 m, 300 m and up to a maximum of 400 m by daisy-chaining multiple units. The POE-E301 accepts up to 95 W from an 802.3bt PoE++ input and supplies up to 65 W on its PoE output, enabling remote installation of PoE devices without an external power adapter. Housed in a durable blue metal case and compliant with common certifications, the unit is intended for deployments such as campuses, service providers and public areas where longer reach and centralized power management are required.

Advantages

The POE-E301 extends both Gigabit Ethernet data and PoE power over Cat.5/5e/6 cable to distances up to 400 m using multiple extenders. It supports IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ input with maximum 95 W intake and provides up to 65 W on the output port, allowing power delivery to high-power PDs without local power. Installation is plug-and-play with two auto-negotiation 1000 Mbps ports (PoE IN and PoE OUT), simplifying cabling and deployment. The compact metal housing and industry certifications make it suitable for professional installations.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Extending PoE IP cameras beyond 100 m
• Deploying PoE wireless access points in large campuses or public areas
• Powering PoE IP phones and other remote PoE devices where AC outlets are unavailable
• Service provider and managed network deployments requiring centralized power management

How to use

Install the POE-E301 between a power source equipment (PSE) such as an 802.3bt PoE++ switch and a powered device (PD). Connect the PSE to the PoE IN port; connect the PD to the PoE OUT port. For longer distances, place additional POE-E301 units in-line to daisy-chain and extend the link up to the required length (maximum 400 m). The device is plug-and-play and injects DC power over the same Cat. cable used for data without additional configuration.

Recommendations

Use quality Cat.5e or Cat.6 UTP cable and confirm the PSE can supply sufficient PoE++ power when planning long-distance or multi-segment deployments. Test each segment after installation and avoid exceeding the specified maximum distance per chain to ensure stable data and power delivery.
