How to use

Position the power strip on a stable, dry surface or mount it according to the mounting provisions if available, keeping the unit sheltered from direct rain. Connect the 5 m supply cable to a properly rated wall outlet with the correct voltage for your devices. Plug appliances into the available sockets ensuring combined load does not exceed the rating of the wall circuit or the connected devices. Route cables to avoid trip hazards and avoid placing heavy objects on the power strip or cable.

Recommendations

Use the unit in protected outdoor situations only; IP44 protection covers splashes but not direct water jets or immersion. Check the combined current draw of connected equipment and do not overload the strip. For permanent outdoor installations or locations exposed to heavy moisture, choose a higher-rated enclosure or fixed installation meeting local electrical codes. Periodically inspect the cable and housing for damage and replace the device if protection is compromised.
