Πολύπριζο Bachmann BN ESSENTIAL Metered 19 ίντσες 8×C13, καλώδιο 2,0 m, βύσμα CEE7/7 (BM0023691)

The Bachmann BN ESSENTIAL Metered 19" PDU is a rack-mounted power distribution unit designed for 19-inch cabinets and enclosures. It delivers reliable AC power distribution to multiple devices through eight C13 outlets and includes a 2.0 m mains lead with a CEE7/7 plug. The metered version provides basic local measurement of load/current to help monitor power usage and avoid overloads in small server rooms, network racks, or AV installations.

Advantages

This appliance provides centralized power distribution in a compact 19" form factor, supporting up to eight C13-connected devices. The integrated meter gives immediate, local visibility of current draw without the need for external measuring tools. A fixed 2.0 m cable with a standard CEE7/7 plug simplifies installation in European mains environments, while the rack-compatible housing allows secure mounting in standard cabinets.

Suitable for

• Small server rooms and rack-mounted network equipment
• Audio-visual racks and broadcasting cabinets
• Edge computing and telecommunications cabinets
• IT closets and home lab 19" enclosures

When it may not be suitable

This metered PDU provides basic local current/load monitoring but does not include remote network management, outlet-level switching, or advanced metering features. It is not intended for three-phase distribution or for environments requiring redundant power feeds or automatic transfer switching.

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19" rack-mountable housing
• Output sockets: 8 × IEC C13 outlets
• Input: fixed mains lead, length 2.0 m, CEE7/7 plug
• Metering: local load/current meter (basic measurement)
• Intended use: single-phase AC power distribution for rack equipment

How to use

Mount the PDU in a 19" rack or cabinet using appropriate rack screws and mounting brackets. Connect the 2.0 m mains lead to a compatible earthed mains outlet (CEE7/7). Plug rack devices into the C13 outlets, observing their power ratings and the PDU's measured load to avoid exceeding the circuit capacity. Periodically check the integrated meter to monitor cumulative current draw and ensure balanced loading across outlets.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that your cabinet space supports a 19" device and that mounting hardware is available.
• Verify that the CEE7/7 plug and 2.0 m cable length suit your mains outlet location.
• Ensure eight C13 outlets meet the number and type of devices you need to power.
• Assess whether basic local metering is sufficient or if remote monitoring/switching is required.

Recommendations

Distribute high-draw devices across the outlets to avoid concentrating load on adjacent sockets, and routinely monitor the integrated meter. For installations requiring remote power management or redundancy, consider a networked or switchable PDU instead.
