Πλεκτός σωλήνας θωράκισης EMI DeLOCK 20849 1 m x 50 mm μαύρο

The DeLOCK EMI Shielding Braided Sleeve (1 m x 50 mm) provides electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection and mechanical bundling for exposed cables and electrical tubing. Constructed from a copper protective sheath combined with polyester multifilament fabric, the sleeve is intended for use in network installations, measurement equipment and machinery where shielding and physical protection are required.

Advantages

The copper protective sheath delivers conductive shielding against electromagnetic influences, supporting signal integrity in sensitive electronic environments. The multifilament braided fabric offers high abrasion and heat resistance, protecting cables from mechanical wear and environmental exposure. An integrated zip allows repeated opening and closing for easy assembly and maintenance without cutting the sleeve.

Suitable for

• EMI shielding of data and power cables
• Bundling and protecting cables in network installations
• Use in measurement devices and industrial machinery
• Applications requiring heat- and abrasion-resistant sleeving

Key specifications

How to use

Slide the braided sleeve over the cable bundle or tube and position it so the copper sheath covers the areas requiring EMI protection. Use the integrated zip to close the sleeve around the cables; the zip permits repeated opening for adding or removing cables. Ensure adequate overlap and secure any sleeve ends to chassis ground where conductive shielding continuity is required.

Recommendations

For optimal shielding performance, connect the copper sheath to an appropriate ground point and avoid gaps at cable entry/exit points. Inspect the sleeve periodically for wear or damage in environments with high abrasion or elevated temperatures.
