Πλεκτός σωλήνας θωράκισης EMI DeLOCK 20845

The DeLOCK EMI Shielding braided sleeve is designed to provide electromagnetic shielding and cable bundling for exposed cables and electrical tubing. Constructed from a copper protective sheath combined with polyester multifilament fabric, the sleeve reduces electromagnetic interference while offering mechanical protection. It has an inner diameter of 1.6 cm, a length of 1000 mm and a black finish.

Advantages

The copper protective sheath provides effective EMI/RFI shielding to minimise interference in networks, measuring equipment and machinery. The multifilament polyester structure gives the sleeve high abrasion resistance, heat resistance and weather protection, increasing cable durability. An integrated zip enables repeated opening and closing for easy insertion and removal of cables or tubes.

Suitable for

• EMI/RFI protection for network and data cables
• Shielding of measuring instruments and industrial machinery cabling
• Bundling and mechanical protection of exposed cables and tubes
• Situations requiring repeated access to bundled cables (zip closure)

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20845
• EAN: 4043619208456
• Material: Copper (protective sheath), Polyester (multifilament)
• Product colour: Black
• Inner diameter: 1.6 cm
• Length: 1000 mm

How to use

Open the braided sleeve using the integrated zip, position the cables or tubes inside and close the zip to secure them. Ensure the sleeve covers the length of cable requiring shielding or protection and route the sleeve to avoid sharp bends or pinch points. For improved EMI attenuation, ensure good electrical contact of the copper sheath with the equipment chassis or grounding point where applicable.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the sleeve where EMI/RFI reduction and mechanical protection are required. Avoid exposure to solvents or sharp edges that could damage the polyester fibres; inspect periodically for wear and ensure any grounding connections to the copper sheath are secure.
