Πλεκτός σωλήνας θωράκισης EMI DeLOCK 20844

The DeLOCK EMI Shielding Braided Sleeve 20844 is a 1 m long, 50 mm wide sleeve designed to provide electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection and tidy bundling for cables and electrical hoses. Constructed from a multifilament polyester weave with a copper protective sheath, the sleeve combines mechanical durability with conductive shielding to reduce electromagnetic influence on connected devices and wiring.

Advantages

The copper protective sheath offers continuous EMI shielding suitable for network components, measuring instruments and industrial machines. The multifilament fabric provides high abrasion resistance, heat resistance and environmental protection for cables. An integrated hook-and-loop fastener enables repeated opening and closing for easy assembly, maintenance and reconfiguration without cutting the sleeve.

Suitable for

• EMI shielding of network cables and data lines
• Protection and bundling of cables in measuring equipment
• Wire management and shielding in machinery and industrial installations
• Retrofit or maintenance tasks where removable sleeving is required

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20844
• EAN: 4043619208449
• Length: 1 m
• Width: 50 mm (approx. 5 cm diameter)
• Materials: copper (protective sheath), multifilament polyester braid

How to use

Open the hook-and-loop fastener and wrap the braided sleeve around the cables or hoses to be shielded. Close the fastener to secure the sleeve; the design allows adding or removing cables without cutting. Ensure the copper sheath makes adequate contact with grounding points in applications that require a protective earth connection for optimal EMI performance.

Recommendations

For effective EMI reduction, install the sleeve with continuous conductive contact to chassis or earth ground where applicable; avoid compressing the braid tightly over connectors to maintain mechanical protection and airflow.
