Πλεκτό καλώδιο DeLOCK 20811 5 m x 25 mm λευκό

The DeLOCK braided sleeve 20811 is a self-closing protective sleeve for bundling and protecting exposed cables, wires and electrical tubes. Made of polyester and supplied in white, the sleeve measures 5 m in length and 25 mm in diameter. Its braided construction provides flexibility while enabling abrasion and heat resistance, and it is suitable for applications where cables need tidy routing and mechanical protection.

Advantages

The sleeve closes automatically after inserting cables, allowing quick installation without additional fasteners. Its polyester braid offers abrasion resistance and heat resistance within a wide working temperature range. The sleeve can be reused: cables and tubes can be added or removed multiple times. The material can be cut to the required length; a hot-cutting tool is recommended to seal the cut edge and prevent fraying.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Organising and routing power or data cables in cabinets and equipment racks
• Protecting wiring looms in industrial or workshop environments
• Bundling cables behind audiovisual equipment and home installations
• Mechanical protection of cables in vehicles, machines or appliances

How to use

Slide the sleeve over the cable bundle or feed individual cables into the braid; the self-closing design tightens around the cables once inserted. Trim the sleeve to the required length using appropriate tools. If a neat, sealed edge is required, use a hot-cutting tool to cut and melt the braid end to prevent fraying. Cables can be added or removed as needed without damaging the sleeve.

Recommendations

Choose a sleeve diameter that allows easy insertion while ensuring a secure fit. When cutting, use a hot cutter or heat source in a well-ventilated area and follow safety precautions to avoid burns or inhalation of fumes. Verify that the sleeve’s temperature rating matches the operating environment.
