Πλάκα τοίχου / κάλυμμα διακόπτη Merten 478219, λευκό, 1-πλό, 1 τεμ.

Merten 478219 is a single-gang white wall plate designed to cover and protect one switch or module opening in a compatible Merten installation. The plate creates a neat finish on walls, concealing wiring and mounting details while matching common interior color schemes. Supplied as a single piece, the cover is intended for straightforward replacement or update of existing switch furniture.

Advantages

The white finish provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance that integrates with most interior décors. Its single-gang form factor ensures compatibility with standard one-module switch frames and simplifies installation. The plate protects internal wiring from dust and accidental contact and enables a consistent visual appearance across multiple switches. As a replaceable component, it supports easy maintenance and aesthetic updates without altering the underlying electrical installation.

Suitable for

• Covering a single-gang switch or module opening in residential interiors
• Replacing or upgrading existing switch covers to match interior finishes
• Use in commercial spaces where a uniform, white finish is required
• Protecting switch mounting and internal wiring from dust and incidental contact

Key specifications

• Color: white
• Configuration: single-gang / single-module cover
• Material: durable plastic (standard for switch plates)
• Finish: smooth, matte/low-reflective surface suitable for interior use
• Supply: single piece per package

How to use

Turn off power to the switch circuit before beginning work. Remove the existing cover by unscrewing or unclipping the old plate according to the current fitting. Align the Merten single-gang plate with the device or mounting frame so that the switch or module fits through the central opening. Secure the plate using the original screws or clips supplied with the mounting frame, ensuring it sits flush against the wall. Restore power and test the switch operation. For painting or wall maintenance, remove the plate to avoid damage and reinstall once work is complete.

Recommendations

Use the wall plate only with compatible Merten frames and switch modules to ensure proper fit and secure mounting. Verify that the plate does not obstruct switch operation and that all fasteners are tightened without overtightening to avoid cracking. For cleaning, use a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
