How to use

Position the rack plate inside the enclosure where additional mounting support or reinforcement is required. Secure the plate to the cabinet or internal frame using appropriate screws, nuts or rivets compatible with the enclosure material and thickness. Attach devices, terminal strips or custom brackets to the plate using machine screws or self-tapping fasteners as needed. Ensure electrical grounding or isolation according to the system requirements before finalising the installation.

Recommendations

For best results, select screws and fasteners rated for the enclosure material and environmental conditions. If electrical continuity is required, verify grounding connections; if insulation is needed, use insulating mounts or washers. Inspect mounting points periodically for loosening or corrosion in demanding environments.
