The Rittal SZ 2566.300 rack plate is a light grey plastic plate designed to organize and support equipment in server and network racks. It measures 401 mm in width and 221 mm in depth, with a product weight of 752 g and a single unit per pack. The plate provides a simple, low-weight solution for mounting and routing cables or small devices within a rack unit.

How to use

Position the rack plate inside the rack at the required location and secure it according to the rack’s mounting method. To route a cable, pierce the plastic at the chosen point with a sharp object to create an opening, then pull the cable through the hole. Adjust the hole size as needed for the cable diameter and ensure the cable is routed without sharp bends.

Recommendations

For neat and safe installations, create holes only where needed and avoid excessive enlarging of the opening; consider adding grommets or protective sleeving for cables with coarse sheaths or high movement to prevent abrasion.
