Πλαϊνός κόφτης Knipex 77 22 115

The Knipex 77 22 115 diagonal pliers are precision cutting tools designed for fine cutting work in electronics and fine mechanics. Made from high-grade special tool steel, forged and oil-hardened, these 115 mm pliers feature a round head without bevel and are finished to provide effective rust protection. The cutting edges are induction hardened for long life and the tool combines a sturdy, zero-backlash box joint with a low-friction double spring for gentle and even opening.

Advantages

These diagonal pliers have induction-hardened cutting edges (approx. 57 HRC for the round-head model) for reliable edge retention, while the polish or mirror polish finish with a fine film of oil reduces corrosion and prevents chrome peeling that could cause circuit faults. The robust box joint ensures minimal play and precise cutting action, and the low-friction double spring supports smooth, even opening during repeated use.

Suitable for

• Fine cutting of wires and small components in electronics
• Precision trimming and parts separation in fine mechanics
• Delicate DIY and hobby work requiring controlled cuts

• EAN: 4003773055594
• Length: 115 mm
• Weight: 80 g
• Material: High-grade special tool steel, forged, oil-hardened
• Cutting edge hardness: approx. 57 HRC (round head, without bevel); cutting edges additionally induction hardened (up to approx. 62 HRC in other finish areas)
• Joint: Sturdy, zero-backlash box joint
• Finish: Polish or mirror polish with fine oil film for rust protection

How to use

Position the cutting edges around the wire or component to be cut close to the head for the cleanest cut. Apply steady pressure to the handles until the material is severed, then allow the double spring to open the pliers gently for the next operation. Use the pliers for fine, precise cuts and avoid using them on hardened steel wire or objects beyond their intended thin-wire capacity.

Recommendations

Maintain the polish or mirror finish by wiping a thin film of oil on the tool after use to preserve rust protection. Do not use the pliers for prying or as a hammer and avoid cutting materials harder than the specified capacity to protect the induction-hardened cutting edges.
