How to use

Assemble the recommended floor nozzle and accessories according to the user manual, connect the vacuum to a suitable power outlet and set the power control if available. Start cleaning by moving the nozzle slowly over the surface to allow the suction to pick up dust and debris. Empty the 1.5 L dust container into a trash bin when the dirt level indicator or visible fill level is reached, then rinse or wipe the container as instructed by the manufacturer. Replace or clean the allergy filter at intervals specified in the manual to maintain filtration efficiency.

Recommendations

Use the FC9557/09 for regular dry cleaning only. For best results on different surfaces, use the appropriate nozzle or brush head: a soft roller or hard floor nozzle for bare floors, and a combined carpet/head tool for rugs and upholstery. Keep the filters and dust container clean to sustain suction power and filtration performance; refer to the Philips maintenance instructions for replacement intervals.
