Περίβλημα καλωδίου DeLOCK 20878 μπλε 2 cm πολυεστέρας -50 έως 150 °C

The DeLOCK 20878 cable sleeve is a woven polyester sleeve designed to protect and bundle exposed cables, electrical conduits and wires. It fits cables with a diameter up to 1.9 cm and has a length of 2000 mm. The sleeve is made from continuous monofilament and multifilament fibres for improved flame resistance and abrasion protection, and withstands temperatures from -50 to 150 °C.

Advantages

The self-closing woven construction allows the sleeve to close automatically after cables are inserted, enabling repeated addition and removal of cables. The polyester weave provides good mechanical protection against abrasion while the special continuous fibres increase flame resistance. The sleeve can be cut to the required length using a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying.

Suitable for

• Cable bundling and organisation in homes and offices
• Protection of wiring in industrial and workshop environments
• Covering electrical tubes and exposed conductors
• Applications requiring temperature resistance from -50 to 150 °C

How to use

Measure the cable bundle and cut the sleeve to the required length with a hot cutting tool to seal the ends and prevent fraying. Spread the self-closing woven sleeve open, insert the cables or wires, and release the sleeve so it closes around the bundle. Cables can be added or removed later by opening the weave and re-closing it after adjustment.

Recommendations

For best results, cut the sleeve ends with a hot blade or tool to seal fibres and reduce unraveling. Avoid sharp edges that could damage the sleeve and ensure the selected sleeve diameter accommodates the cable bundle without excessive compression.
