Πένσες ασφαλείας Knipex 48 11 J1

The Knipex 48 11 J1 circlip pliers are precision hand tools designed for installing and removing internal and external circlips in confined spaces. Constructed from forged, oil‑hardened chrome vanadium electric steel with inserted spring steel tips and fitted with non‑slip plastic handles, these 140 mm pliers combine durability with easy handling for workshop and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

Inserted tips provide reliable operation and a service life up to ten times longer in continuous use compared with turned tips. The bolted joint ensures precise, zero‑backlash movement for accurate positioning. The pliers body is forged chrome vanadium electric steel and oil‑hardened for enhanced strength, while the non‑slip plastic coating on the handles improves grip and control.

How to use

Select the correct orientation for internal or external circlips and position the tips into the circlip holes. Squeeze the handles evenly to expand or compress the circlip, then remove or fit the circlip in the required location. Use the bolted joint movement to position the tips precisely; maintain controlled pressure to avoid damaging the circlip or surrounding parts.

Recommendations

Keep the inserted tips clean and inspect them periodically for wear. For prolonged service life, avoid excessive sideways forces on the tips and store the pliers dry. Use appropriate personal protection when working with springs or loaded components.
