Πένσα πρέσας Schwaiger SOZG0100 μαύρο μπλε πράσινο 444g

The Schwaiger SOZG0100 cable crimper is a hand tool engineered for precise crimping of network and telecommunications cables. Designed with a balance of durability and ergonomics, this compact tool weighs 444 g and features a tri-colour handle in black, blue and green for easy identification. It delivers consistent crimps for secure electrical and data connections and is suitable for both professional technicians and home users performing cable termination and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The tool combines a robust metal crimping head with a comfortable, multi-colour grip to reduce hand fatigue during repeated use. Its moderate weight provides stability without being cumbersome, and the construction supports long-term use in workshop and field environments. The crimper is compatible with common modular connectors and cable types used in network installations, offering dependable mechanical compression and consistent contact integrity.

Suitable for

• Crimping modular network connectors on twisted-pair Ethernet cables
• Telephone and low-voltage data cable termination
• On-site network installation and repair work
• Home networking and DIY cabling projects

Key specifications

• Weight: 0.444 kg
• Handle colours: black, blue and green
• Construction: metal crimping head with ergonomic plastic grip
• Intended use: manual crimping of network and low-voltage connectors
• Form factor: hand-operated crimping tool

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to the required length, arrange the conductor pairs according to the connector pinout, and insert the assembled cable into the modular connector. Place the connector into the crimper’s die and squeeze the handles firmly until the connector is fully seated and the crimp is complete. After crimping, inspect the connector visually and, if available, test the cable with a continuity or network tester to confirm proper termination.

Recommendations

Use the crimper with appropriate modular connectors and follow standard wiring schemes (e.g., T568A/T568B for Ethernet). Keep the tool clean and store it dry to maintain performance. For best results, practice on spare cable samples to ensure accurate conductor alignment before performing final terminations.
