Πένσα ασφαλείας Knipex 49 11 A1

The Knipex 49 11 A1 Circlip Pliers are compact precision tools designed for installing and removing internal and external circlips. Made from chrome vanadium electric steel with a bolted joint and an internal protected opening spring, these pliers offer reliable, low-backlash operation and durability. The tool includes drawn spring-steel inserted tips with large contact faces to avoid circlip distortion and to simplify fitting, and a non-slip plastic coating on the handles for secure handling during continuous use.

Advantages

Inserted spring-steel tips provide high wear resistance and up to ten times longer service life in continuous operation compared to turned tips. Large contact faces prevent distortion of circlips and make fitting easier. The bolted joint ensures precise, zero-backlash action, while the internal opening spring is protected and captive. The forged, oil-hardened chrome vanadium body delivers strength and longevity, and the non-slip plastic handles improve grip for precise work.

Suitable for

• Installing and removing internal and external circlips
• Precision mechanical assemblies and small parts work
• Maintenance and repair tasks in automotive and machinery applications
• Continuous workshop use where durable tips are required

How to use

Select the pliers appropriate for the circlip type (internal or external). Position the inserted tips into the circlip holes or ends and operate the handles to compress or expand the circlip as required. Maintain a firm grip using the non-slip handles, control the movement through the bolted joint for precise, zero-backlash action, and release slowly to seat or remove the circlip safely. After use, wipe the tool clean and store in a dry place.

Recommendations

To extend tool life and maintain tip condition, avoid applying excessive lateral force and use the pliers only on circlips within the intended size range; periodically clean and lightly oil the bolted joint and store the pliers dry.
