Patch panel οπτικών ινών υψηλής πυκνότητας ACT FA2100 96 θύρες 192 ίνες LC Multimode OM4

The ACT Fiber panel high density FA2100 provides a compact 1U rack-mount solution for high-density multimode fiber distribution. Designed for 96 LC duplex connections supporting up to 192 OM4 multimode fibers, the panel combines a metal housing with a low-profile footprint to optimize rack space in data centers, server rooms and telecommunication cabinets. Its black and blue finish offers a clean, professional look while supporting high-performance short-range optical links and structured cabling schemes.

Advantages

The FA2100 fiber panel delivers dense connectivity in a single rack unit, reducing required rack space and simplifying cable management. Its metal construction increases mechanical protection for patching points and connectors. Compatibility with LC multimode OM4 connectors ensures improved bandwidth and lower loss for multimode applications. Front-facing ports provide easy access for installation and maintenance while color-coded elements assist in rapid identification of fiber lines.

How to use

Mount the FA2100 panel into a standard 19-inch equipment rack occupying one rack unit. Route cable trunks or fanouts to the rear or side entry points and terminate fibers with LC multimode OM4 connectors to the front panel ports. Use appropriate cable management accessories and strain relief at entry points to prevent stress on fiber terminations. During installation, follow standard fiber handling procedures: keep connectors clean, avoid tight bends, and verify connections using suitable optical test equipment.

Recommendations

Use the panel in controlled indoor environments with appropriate airflow and dust control. Pair OM4 multimode links with compatible transceivers and patch cords rated for OM4 to achieve intended performance. Implement labeling and color-coding at the panel to simplify maintenance and future changes. Regularly inspect and clean LC connectors to maintain low insertion loss and optimum link quality.
