Πανκατευθυντική κεραία MikroTik HGO-antenna-OUT

The MikroTik HGO-antenna-OUT is an omni-directional outdoor antenna designed for dual-band Wi‑Fi systems. It operates across the 2.4–5 GHz range, uses RP‑SMA female screw-on connectors and delivers 3.3 dBi gain at 2.4 GHz and up to 7.1 dBi in the 5 GHz band, making it suitable for extending outdoor wireless coverage when paired with compatible devices such as NetMetal ac².

Advantages

The antenna offers dual‑band operation for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, a compact omni‑directional radiation pattern for uniform coverage around the installation point, and screw‑on RP‑SMA female connectors for straightforward attachment to compatible access points or radios. Its black, weather‑resistant housing is intended for outdoor use and improves signal reach without complex alignment.

Suitable for

• Extending outdoor Wi‑Fi coverage around a single mounting location
• Dual‑band access point setups that require external antennas
• Upgrading range for MikroTik NetMetal ac² and similar routers with RP‑SMA ports

Key specifications

• Frequency band: 2.4–5 GHz
• Gain: 3.3 dBi (2.4 GHz), 5.5–7.1 dBi (5 GHz), maximum 7.1 dBi
• Connector: RP‑SMA female (screw‑on)
• Polarisation / pattern: omni‑directional
• Colour: Black
• Manufacturer model: MikroTik HGO-antenna-OUT

How to use

Mount the antenna outdoors at an elevated, unobstructed position and securely fasten it to the AP or radio using the RP‑SMA female connector. If using with a NetMetal ac², install two antennas (one for each radio) to enable full dual‑band outdoor access point operation. Ensure connectors are tightened to prevent water ingress and check cable routing to minimise signal loss.

Recommendations

Place the antenna at a clear height above surrounding obstructions, use two antennas for full dual‑band AP setups, and periodically inspect connectors and seals for weatherproofing to maintain reliable outdoor performance.
