The AVTEK TRIPOD Pro 180 is a manual tripod projection screen with a matt white viewing surface and black outer casing. The screen offers a viewable area in a square 1:1 format with a width of 175 cm and height of 175 cm, supporting manual aspect ratio selection for 1:1, 4:3 (SVGA/XGA), 16:9 (Full HD) and 16:10 (WXGA). The unit is designed for portability and stable use thanks to a strengthened folding tripod and a lightweight, easily transported carriage with an ergonomic height adjustment handle. Black borders around the viewing surface increase perceived contrast while the gain factor of 1.0 preserves neutral brightness.

Advantages

The metal casing provides durable protection for the screen while the reinforced tripod gives extreme stability in upright position. A special adjustable arm eliminates keystone distortion by allowing precise screen angle adjustment. The matt white projection surface with gain 1.0 and black frames ensures even image reproduction and improved perceived contrast. The folding tripod and ergonomic handle enable fast setup and comfortable height changes between 230 cm and 259 cm for the upper bar.

Suitable for

• Business presentations and meetings

• Portable on-location screenings and outdoor use with stable conditions
• Events where a square 1:1 projection format is required

How to use

Place the tripod on a level surface and unfold the strengthened legs until the unit stands securely. Use the ergonomic carriage and height adjustment handle to raise the upper bar to the desired height (between 230 cm and 259 cm). Pull the screen up from the casing and set the manual aspect ratio to the required format (1:1, 4:3, 16:9 or 16:10). Adjust the special arm to correct screen angle and eliminate keystone distortion, then position the projector to align with the centre of the matt white surface. After use, retract the screen into the casing, fold the tripod and store the unit in a protected place.

Recommendations

For best image quality, use the AVTEK TRIPOD Pro 180 in environments with controlled ambient light, position the projector so its lens is perpendicular to the screen surface, and secure the tripod on a stable, level surface to avoid image distortion or movement during use.
