Opticum OMS 5/8 PRO-TRQ πολυδιακόπτης 5 in 8 out (Platinium Line)

Satellite installers and MDU technicians rely on the Opticum OMS 5/8 PRO-TRQ to distribute signals from a Quattro LNB and a terrestrial antenna to up to eight subscriber outlets. This multiswitch combines four satellite polarities with terrestrial TV in a single die-cast metal housing, making it a robust choice for apartment blocks and small hotels.

• Built-in AC power supply: 230 V / 50 Hz, consumption 5 W
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +50°C

Why choose it

The PRO-TRQ belongs to the Platinium Line, offering high isolation and stable gain for reliable multi-dwelling distribution. Its die-cast housing ensures durability, while the integrated power supply simplifies installation—no external PSU needed.

Ideal use cases

• Distributing satellite and terrestrial signals in apartment buildings
• Small hotel or office TV systems with up to 8 rooms
• Upgrading existing multiswitch installations to DiSEqC 2.0

Good to know

This multiswitch requires a Quattro LNB (not Quad) for full functionality. Terrestrial signals are attenuated by 20 dB to compensate for cable losses. Always use quality F-connectors and ensure proper grounding for outdoor installations.
