Ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος F-Typ ShiverPeaks BS85010-A

The ShiverPeaks BS85010-A is an F-type coaxial male connector engineered for reliable signal transmission and secure mechanical connection. With a 7.2 mm outer diameter at the mating end, this single-piece connector is suitable for terminating coaxial cable lines where a standard threaded F-type interface is required. The design emphasizes consistent contact, stable impedance matching and durable performance for typical RF and TV distribution systems.

Advantages

This F-type connector provides a precise 7.2 mm mating diameter to ensure a solid, low-loss connection with compatible female sockets. Constructed for consistent electrical contact, it reduces signal reflections and maintains impedance continuity. The single-piece design simplifies installation and minimizes the number of failure points, while materials and plating choices enhance corrosion resistance and mechanical durability for long-term use.

Suitable for

• Domestic and commercial TV antenna installations
• Cable TV and satellite RF connections
• Connecting set-top boxes, modems and tuners with F-type jacks
• Repairing or replacing damaged coaxial terminations

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type, male
• Mating diameter: 7.2 mm
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Intended use: coaxial cable termination for RF signals

How to use

Strip the coaxial cable to the appropriate lengths of conductor, dielectric and outer shield according to the cable manufacturer’s instructions. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable end until the centre conductor seats in the pin or contact and the outer conductor engages the body. If applicable, secure the connector by tightening the threaded coupling to the mating socket; for push-on types ensure full engagement. Verify mechanical fit and test the connection with appropriate equipment to confirm signal continuity and acceptable RF performance.

Recommendations

For reliable results, use this connector with compatible F-type sockets and appropriately sized coaxial cable. Avoid over-tightening threaded connections to prevent damage to ferrules or connectors, and perform a continuity or signal-level check after installation to ensure proper performance.
