Ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος F-Typ ShiverPeaks BS85002-AG

The ShiverPeaks BS85002-AG is an F-type coaxial connector engineered to provide reliable signal transmission for TV, satellite and cable installations. This male 4 mm connector is intended for direct connection to compatible coaxial cables and equipment; it is sold individually for convenient replacement or custom assembly. The connector's metal construction and precise dimensions support stable electrical contact and reduced signal loss in residential and professional setups.

Advantages

The connector offers a compact male F-type interface with a 4 mm center conductor diameter that fits many common coaxial cables. Its single-piece sale allows users to replace one connector without buying bulk packs. Manufactured with durable materials and precise tolerances, the connector provides consistent mechanical stability and electrical continuity over repeated connections and disconnections.

Suitable for

• Connecting television set-top boxes, tuners and receivers
• Satellite LNB and multiswitch cabling where male F-type connections are required
• Repairing or assembling coaxial cable runs in home and small commercial installations
• Testing and prototyping signal paths in audiovisual setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type, male
• Center conductor diameter: 4 mm
• Material: metal body designed for durable contact
• Finish: corrosion-resistant plating for long-term use
• Sold as: single unit for individual replacement or assembly

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and shielding to the recommended lengths for F-type termination, exposing the inner conductor and dielectric. Slide the connector onto the cable so the inner conductor seats in the center pin area and the body engages the cable shielding. Tighten or crimp the connector according to the installation method compatible with your cable and tools, ensuring a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Verify the connection visually and with appropriate signal testing equipment before final routing.

Recommendations

Use appropriate cable stripping and crimping tools matched to the cable type and connector design to avoid damaging the conductor or dielectric. For outdoor or exposed installations, pair the connector with weatherproofing measures such as silicone sealant or protective boots to prevent moisture ingress and corrosion.
