How to use

Align the FAKRA Z male connector with the corresponding female FAKRA Z receptacle and insert until it clicks or seats fully, ensuring firm contact of the gold-plated pins. Verify mechanical locking (if present) and secure cabling as required by the installation environment. For removal, depress any locking mechanism and withdraw the connector straight out to avoid damage to the contacts.

Recommendations

Use the DeLOCK 89796 only with matching FAKRA Z female connectors and observe antenna and cable routing best practices to minimise signal loss; avoid excessive bending or torsion of the cable near the connector and protect the connector from moisture and contaminants during installation.
