Ομοαξονικό καλώδιο ShiverPeaks 1,0m IEC 169-2 - IEC 169-2

The ShiverPeaks 1.0m IEC 169-2 coaxial cable with IEC 169-2 connectors on both ends is a one-meter interconnect designed to transmit RF signals between compatible audio and video devices. Its construction focuses on maintaining signal integrity for antenna, terrestrial TV and radio connections, and other consumer electronics that accept IEC 169-2 coaxial plugs. The single-meter length offers flexibility for shelf-to-shelf or short-run wall connections while keeping cable clutter minimal.

Advantages

This coaxial cable features consistent impedance matching and a plated connector finish to reduce contact resistance and ensure stable connections. The cable jacket and shielding are engineered to limit external interference and preserve broadcast or tuner signal quality. Its compact 1.0 m length is convenient for typical home entertainment setups and reduces loss compared with excessively long runs.

Key specifications

• Connector type: IEC 169-2 male to IEC 169-2 male
• Length: 1.0 metre
• Cable type: coaxial (shielded)
• Designed for: RF signal transmission for TV and radio applications
• Construction: plated connectors and multi-layer shielding for interference reduction

How to use

Insert each IEC 169-2 connector securely into the corresponding coaxial sockets on the devices to be connected, ensuring a snug fit without excessive force. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and areas of mechanical strain. For wall-mount installations, use appropriate cable clips or conduits to prevent tugging on connectors and to maintain signal stability. Verify signal reception on the connected device and adjust the cable route if interference or signal loss is observed.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the run length as short as practical, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power cables for long distances, and ensure connectors are clean and fully seated. Replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage that could affect shielding or contact quality.
