Ομοαξονικό καλώδιο Hama 00205058 5 m λευκό ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος

The Hama 00205058 5 m White Coaxial Connectors coaxial cable provides a straightforward solution for transmitting RF signals between audio-visual devices. With a 5 metre length and coaxial connectors fitted at both ends, the cable is intended for connecting televisions, satellite receivers, set-top boxes and other devices that require a standard coaxial link. The white outer jacket helps the cable blend into domestic interiors and provides basic mechanical protection for internal shielding and conductor.

Advantages

This coaxial cable offers a consistent impedance path for RF signals, reducing signal loss over short to moderate runs. The fitted coaxial connectors ensure quick plug-and-play installation without additional adapters. The white jacket simplifies routing along walls and skirting boards while providing a neat visual appearance. The 5 m length accommodates common distances between wall outlets and devices in living rooms and media cabinets.

Suitable for

• Connecting a television to a wall antenna or cable outlet
• Linking satellite receivers and set-top boxes to TVs
• Extending an existing coaxial run within a room
• Temporary or semi-permanent AV installations in homes and offices

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial cable with pre-attached connectors
• Length: 5 metres
• Outer colour: white
• Connector type: standard male coaxial connectors on both ends
• Intended signal: RF/antenna/satellite signal transmission
• Suitable environments: indoor residential and office use

How to use

Identify the antenna, cable outlet, satellite receiver or TV RF input and align the coaxial connector pin with the device socket. Push the cable connector onto the device connector and, if applicable, screw the outer threaded shell until secure for a firm electrical and mechanical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and areas of mechanical stress. For optimal signal quality, keep total coaxial cable runs as short as practical and avoid running parallel to mains power cables where possible.

Recommendations

For improved reception, check connectors for a tight fit and replace the cable if physical damage, corrosion or excessive signal loss is observed. When installing near other wiring, maintain some separation from power cables to minimise interference. For permanent installations in walls or outdoors, select a cable rated specifically for in-wall or outdoor use.
