OBO BETTERMANN μονωμένο κλιπ καρφιού 20mm 2020 40 LGR (2228408)

Securing cables and conduits on masonry, concrete, or wood can be time-consuming and risky if the fastener damages the cable insulation. The OBO BETTERMANN Vertr Iso-Nagel-Clip 20mm 2020 40 LGR solves this by combining a pre-mounted hardened steel nail with a fully insulated polyamide clip, enabling one-strike installation without the need for separate plugs or tools.

Who is it for

Electricians, panel builders, and maintenance crews who need fast, reliable fixing of cables with a nominal diameter of 20 mm in indoor and outdoor environments. Ideal for both new installations and retrofits where speed and safety are paramount.

Main features

• Fully insulated clip body prevents contact between cable and nail, eliminating short-circuit risks.
• Pre-mounted, hardened galvanised steel nail allows direct hammering into masonry, concrete, or wood—no pre-drilling required in many cases.
• Clamping range of 18–22 mm accommodates slight variations in cable diameter, ensuring a firm hold.
• Made from halogen-free, UV-resistant polyamide, suitable for outdoor use without degradation.
• Flame retardant to UL 94 V-2, adding an extra layer of safety in case of fire.
• Light grey colour blends discreetly with common wall finishes.

Tips

For best results, ensure the nail is perpendicular to the surface before striking. On very hard materials like concrete, a light pilot hole may ease installation. The clip can be removed by prying with a flat tool, but reuse is not recommended as the nail may be deformed.
