NETGEAR MS308 unmanaged 2.5G Ethernet (100/1000/2500) μαύρο

NETGEAR MS308 Unmanaged 2.5G Ethernet Switch, 8 Ports provides an affordable way for small and medium businesses to upgrade to multi-gigabit wired networking. This compact, metal‑encased switch includes eight 2.5G RJ‑45 ports that support 100/1000/2500 Mbps speeds, Energy Efficient Ethernet, and a fanless design. The MS308 can be placed on a desk, mounted on a wall, or installed under a table using the supplied mounting kit.

Advantages

The MS308 delivers non‑blocking Multi‑Gig performance across all eight ports to ensure consistent throughput. It supports IEEE 802.3az for reduced power consumption during light traffic and features a silent, fanless design suitable for noise‑sensitive environments. As an unmanaged, plug‑and‑play device it requires no configuration or ongoing maintenance, and the metal housing and included mounting hardware provide flexible installation options.

Suitable for

• Small and medium business offices requiring multi‑gig wired connections
• Workspaces with devices that support 2.5G Ethernet (NAS, access points, PCs)
• Quiet environments where fanless operation is preferred
• Locations needing simple, no‑configuration network expansion

Power the unit from the included power adapter. As an unmanaged switch it operates automatically—no software installation or configuration is required; connected devices will negotiate the appropriate 100/1000/2500 Mbps link speed.

Recommendations

Use Cat5e or Cat6 cables to achieve stable 2.5G links, keep the switch in a ventilated location despite its fanless design, and ensure connected devices support multi‑gig speeds to take full advantage of the MS308.
