μύτη κατσαβιδιού Wera 05056400001

The Wera 05056400001 is a Phillips (PH 1) screwdriver bit with a length of 25 mm and a 1/4" hexagon shank. The bit tip is coated with tiny diamond particles to improve grip in the screw head, reduce required contact pressure and lower the risk of cam‑out. It includes a Torsion zone that diverts kinetic energy from peak loads and a softer BiTorsion zone to prevent tip twisting under high loads, increasing service life. The shank is compatible with holders according to DIN ISO 1173‑D 6.3.

Advantages

The diamond‑particle tip provides a more secure fit in Phillips screws and reduces slipping. Torsion and BiTorsion zones absorb and divert peak loads to protect the bit tip and extend durability. Standard 1/4" hexagon shank ensures compatibility with common bit holders and quick‑change systems.

Suitable for

• Precision assembly and repair work with Phillips PH 1 screws
• Hand and powered screwdriver use where reduced cam‑out is required
• Kits and tool sets requiring a 1/4" hexagon bit compatible with DIN ISO 1173‑D 6.3

Key specifications

• Brand: Wera
• Model / MPN: 05 056400 001
• EAN: 2050000315589
• Type: Phillips (PH 1) screwdriver bit
• Length: 25 mm
• Shank: 1/4" hexagon (DIN ISO 1173‑D 6.3)
• Tip finish: diamond particles

How to use

Insert the 1/4" hexagon shank into a compatible bit holder or quick‑change chuck. Engage the diamond‑particle tip into the Phillips screw recess, apply steady axial pressure and drive the screw using a manual or powered driver at appropriate speed and torque. Allow the Torsion and BiTorsion zones to absorb peak forces; avoid excessive side load to preserve tip geometry.

Recommendations

Use this PH 1 bit for correctly sized Phillips screws and match the driver torque to the screw material. Inspect the tip for wear before use and replace the bit when the diamond coating or tip profile is visibly degraded to maintain secure engagement and prevent damage to screws.
