Μύτες κατσαβιδιού Bosch Extra Hart 3 τεμ. PZ 2 25 mm

Bosch Extra Hard 3 pcs PZ 2 25 mm screwdriver bits are engineered for repeated use in demanding screwdriving tasks. Each set contains three Pozidriv size 2 bits with a 25 mm working length and a 1/4" hex shank that fits standard bit holders and quick-change chucks. The Extra Hard designation refers to a harder steel treatment for improved resistance to wear and deformation during high-torque applications.

Advantages

These Bosch bits provide consistent engagement with Pozidriv fasteners, reducing cam-out and rounding of screw heads. The hardened tip and precise machining extend service life compared with untreated bits. The 1/4" shank ensures compatibility with a wide range of drivers and impact adapters, while the compact 25 mm length offers good control in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• General assembly and maintenance with Pozidriv screws
• Electrical and carpentry installations requiring PZ 2 bits
• Work in confined or recessed screw locations where a short bit is needed

Key specifications

• Bit type: Pozidriv (PZ 2)
• Length: 25 mm working length
• Shank size: 1/4" hex
• Set quantity: 3 bits
• Material treatment: extra hard/hardened tip for wear resistance

How to use

Select a PZ 2 bit from the set and insert the 1/4" hex shank into the driver or bit holder until it locks. Position the tip squarely in the Pozidriv screw recess and apply steady axial pressure while driving at an appropriate speed and torque for the fastener and material. For removal, reverse the driver rotation and keep pressure on the screw to minimise slippage. Inspect bits regularly for tip wear and replace them when the profile becomes rounded or damaged.

Recommendations

Use these bits with drivers that allow torque control or adjustable clutch settings to avoid over-torquing. Avoid using excessively worn bits on critical fasteners; replace bits showing deformation to maintain secure engagement and protect screw heads.
