The Dedra DED7154 concrete mixer is designed for efficient mixing of concrete, mortar and similar construction materials. Its robust frame and compact drum deliver stable operation on site and in workshops while remaining suitable for transport and storage. The device is intended for mixing batches required in repair, renovation and small to medium construction tasks.

Advantages

The mixer combines a sturdy metal construction with a compact footprint to balance durability and portability. Its drum geometry promotes consistent mixing and reduces segregation of aggregates. Controls are simple and accessible, allowing straightforward start-up and adjustment. The unit is suitable for repeated use under typical building site conditions and requires minimal routine maintenance.

Suitable for

• Mixing concrete for foundations, slabs and footings
• Preparing mortar for bricklaying, blockwork and plastering
• Blending screed mixes and leveling compounds
• Small renovation and DIY concrete tasks

Key specifications

• Intended use: mixing concrete, mortar and similar materials
• Construction: metal frame and rotating drum for mechanical mixing
• Capacity: suitable for small to medium batches (compact drum size)
• Portability: compact design for easier transport and storage
• Operation: manual controls for start/stop and mixing speed management

How to use

Place the mixer on firm, level ground and secure it against movement. Add water, then aggregate and binder according to the mix ratio required for the task. Start the mixer and allow the drum to rotate until the mix reaches a uniform consistency. Stop the mixer and discharge the mix into wheelbarrows or molds. Clean the drum and exterior surfaces after use to prevent material build-up and to maintain performance.

Recommendations
