Μπαταρία Datalogic RBP-GM40

The Datalogic RBP-GM40 is a Lithium-Ion replacement battery designed for handheld barcode readers. With a nominal voltage of 3.7 V and a capacity of 2100 mAh, this compact blue battery restores mobile scanning devices to full operational runtime and supports continuous use in retail, warehousing and light industrial environments. It is intended as a direct power source for compatible Gryphon and GM series scanners to maintain consistent scanning performance throughout a shift.

Advantages

The battery uses Li‑Ion chemistry to offer a high energy-density profile in a small form factor, delivering extended runtime compared with older cell types. Its 2100 mAh capacity provides predictable operating time between charges, while the standardized 3.7 V output ensures stable device operation. The battery’s construction is aimed at repeated charge cycles and sustained performance under typical handheld scanner use.

Suitable for

• Handheld barcode scanning during retail checkout and point-of-sale
• Inventory counting and stock management in warehouses
• Logistics and shipping operations requiring mobile scanning
• Healthcare environments where portable scanners are used for patient and medication tracking

Key specifications

• Battery technology: Lithium‑Ion (Li‑Ion)
• Nominal voltage: 3.7 V
• Capacity: 2100 mAh
• Color: Blue
• Form factor: Rechargeable pack for handheld scanners

How to use

Power off the compatible scanner before removing the depleted battery. Insert the RBP‑GM40 into the device following the scanner manufacturer’s alignment and locking instructions until it seats securely. Charge the battery using the scanner’s approved charging cradle or the device’s internal charging circuit according to the scanner manual. Observe the device charge indicators to determine when full charge is reached and avoid prolonged overcharging beyond recommended charge cycles.

Recommendations

Use only manufacturer-approved chargers and follow the scanner manufacturer’s guidelines for charging, storage and temperature limits. Store spare batteries in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture. Replace the battery when runtime noticeably decreases or if the battery shows signs of damage or swelling.
