Μονάδα SSD Transcend 480GB M.2 6Gbit/s TS480GMTS820S

Transcend's M.2 SSD 820S is an ultra-compact SATA III 6Gb/s solid state drive designed for small form factor devices such as Ultrabooks and thin, light notebooks. Using 3D NAND flash, high-quality memory chips and optimized firmware, the M.2 SSD 820S provides reliable storage in M.2 Type 2242 and 2280 form factors, with a compact 80 mm length suitable for upgrades where space is limited.

Advantages

The drive delivers high sequential read and write performance up to 550 MB/s and 500 MB/s respectively, and offers low-latency random I/O up to 75,000 IOPS for faster application loading and system responsiveness. Its M.2 form factor allows greater capacity in a smaller physical footprint compared with mSATA and half-slim SSDs. Built-in features such as SLC caching, a RAID engine and LDPC error correction improve sustained performance and data integrity. Transcend’s SSD Scope software provides tools for drive health monitoring and performance optimization.
