Microconnect USBAB20B-ACTIVE Καλώδιο USB USB 2.0 20 m USB A USB B μαύρο

This Active USB cable connects external USB devices with USB 2.0 Type B sockets—such as scanners or printers—to a USB host (USB hub, wall charger with USB, desktop or notebook). The MicroConnect USBAB20B-ACTIVE is a 20 m USB 2.0 cable with USB A and USB B connectors, supporting data transfer rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s and featuring gold-plated contacts for improved durability and signal quality.

Advantages

The integrated signal booster compensates for transmission loss over long distances, ensuring stable data transfer. Gold-plated connector contacts reduce corrosion and improve long-term reliability. The 20 m length lets you place USB peripherals far from the host device without using additional extenders or repeaters.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers to a computer or USB hub
• Connecting scanners or multifunction devices at a distance from the host
• Connecting USB devices in offices, classrooms, or production environments where longer cable runs are needed

How to use

Plug the USB A connector into the host device (computer, notebook, USB hub or wall charger with USB host capability) and connect the USB B connector to the external device (printer, scanner or other USB 2.0 device with Type B socket). Ensure both devices are powered on. The active booster is integrated into the cable, so no external power or additional repeaters are required for typical USB 2.0 peripheral connections.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid sharp bends and running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines. Use the cable for standard USB 2.0 peripherals; for devices requiring higher USB versions or faster data rates, choose a cable compatible with USB 3.x.
