How to use

Turn the soft-touch dial clockwise to the required number of minutes (up to 60). Release the dial and the timer will count down mechanically; an audible bell will sound when the countdown reaches zero. After use, wipe the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Store on a flat surface or in a kitchen drawer when not in use.

Recommendations

Place the timer on a stable, flat surface away from open flames or extreme heat. Avoid submerging the unit in water; clean only with a damp cloth. For the most accurate operation, avoid setting the dial below 1 minute as the mechanical mechanism may be less precise at very short intervals.
