Μη διαχειριζόμενος switch Trendnet TPE-TG44G

TRENDnet’s Unmanaged Switch TPE-TG44G is an 8-port Gigabit switch that delivers data and Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoE+) over existing Ethernet cables. The compact metal-cased device provides four Gigabit PoE+ ports and four Gigabit non-PoE ports, supports a 16 Gbps switching capacity and a MAC address table of 1000 entries, and follows IEEE 802.3 family standards to expand or add PoE devices to a small office or surveillance network.

Advantages

The TPE-TG44G supplies up to 30 W per port to 802.3at PoE+ devices (auto-sensing, up to two devices) and 15 W per port to 802.3af PoE devices (up to four devices), while non-PoE ports carry data only. GREENnet energy-saving technology cuts power consumption by up to 75% when traffic is low or the switch is idle. LED indicators simplify status monitoring and troubleshooting, and the sturdy metal housing supports reliable desktop or rack-adjacent installation.

Suitable for

• Small office networks requiring a mix of PoE+ and non-PoE Gigabit ports
• Wireless access point deployments that need PoE+ power
• IP camera installations, including PTZ cameras
• VoIP phone systems that use PoE or PoE+

Key specifications

• Ports: 8 × RJ-45 Gigabit (4 PoE+/PoE, 4 non-PoE)
• PoE standards: IEEE 802.3at (PoE+), IEEE 802.3af (PoE)
• Max PoE power per port: up to 30 W (PoE+), 15 W (PoE)
• Total switching capacity: 16 Gbps
• MAC address table: 1000 entries
• Standards: IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3x, 802.3af, 802.3at, 802.3az
• Chassis: metal; Colour: black; Weight: 0.38 kg

How to use

Place the switch on a stable surface or mount it where the metal case has adequate ventilation. Connect your network uplink to one Gigabit port and attach PoE or non-PoE devices to the remaining ports using standard Ethernet cables. The switch is unmanaged and requires no configuration; it auto-detects 802.3at and 802.3af devices and delivers the appropriate power levels. Use the front-panel LEDs to verify link status, activity and PoE power delivery.

Recommendations

For reliable PoE+ operation, budget the available total PoE power when connecting multiple high-power devices. Allow ventilation around the metal case and place the switch in a dry, temperature-controlled environment to meet operational standards.
