How to use

Install the socket-outlet into a compatible wall mounting box or frame following local electrical and low-voltage installation regulations. Terminate the incoming network cable onto the back of the RJ-45 jack using the appropriate wiring scheme (T568A or T568B) and secure the outlet to the mounting box with the fixings provided or standard screws. Once installed, connect network devices with standard RJ-45 patch cables to the front port for immediate network access.

Recommendations

Use this RJ-45 socket-outlet with properly rated Cat5e or Cat6 cables and installers should verify wiring continuity and pair integrity with a cable tester after termination. Avoid excessive bending or strain on the cable near the termination point and follow local standards for structured cabling to ensure optimal network performance.
