METZ CONNECT Μονάδα σύζευξης 2 συρμάτων KRA-M8/21-21 24DC (11061925)

For industrial control systems that demand reliable signal isolation without sacrificing space, the METZ CONNECT KRA-M8/21-21 24DC coupling module stands apart. Unlike bulky interface relays that crowd the cabinet, this slim DIN-rail unit integrates an M8 sensor input and a relay output in one compact housing, cutting wiring time and reducing potential failure points.

Highlights

• 24 V DC supply with M8 3-pin A-coded connector for quick sensor hookup
• 1 normally open relay contact for galvanic isolation of signals
• Switches up to 250 V AC / 30 V DC at 2 A, handling both control and small load circuits
• Low 0.2 W power consumption keeps thermal load minimal in dense panels
• Tool-free DIN rail TS35 mounting with IP20 protection for control cabinet use

In daily use

This module functions as a signal interface between a 24 V DC sensor or PLC output and a higher-voltage or higher-current load. The M8 connector accepts standard 3-pin sensors, while the screw terminals on the output side accommodate field wiring up to 2.5 mm². The relay contact is rated for both AC and DC loads, making it suitable for solenoid valves, contactors, indicator lamps, or as an input to another controller. With a switching frequency suitable for most industrial processes, the module maintains stable operation from -20 °C to +70 °C. The polyamide housing resists common industrial chemicals and provides basic touch protection.
