Μετατροπέας Mini DisplayPort σε HDMI MediaRange MRCS236, 10 Gbps, 20 cm, Μαύρο

The MediaRange Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Converter MRCS236 is a compact 20 cm cable adapter that transmits audio and video from a Mini DisplayPort source to an HDMI display. It supports a single-direction connection with a data throughput up to 10 Gbps and is intended for connecting laptops, graphics cards or other Mini DisplayPort outputs to monitors, TVs or projectors. The adapter is black, lightweight and supplied in a hanging box.

Advantages

This Mini DisplayPort to HDMI converter supports Ultra HD resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and carries both video and integrated audio. The plug-and-play design requires no drivers and is compatible with common operating systems including Windows, macOS and Linux. Its short 20 cm length and small form factor make it convenient for desktop setups and portable use without excess cable clutter.

Suitable for

• Connecting a laptop or desktop Mini DisplayPort output to an HDMI monitor or TV
• Presentations with projectors that accept HDMI input
• Home entertainment setups where a Mini DisplayPort source must feed an HDMI display
• Compact workstations where short, low-profile connections are preferred

When it may not be suitable

This adapter provides a single-direction connection from Mini DisplayPort to HDMI only; it will not convert HDMI signals back to Mini DisplayPort. Because the cable length is 20 cm, it is not intended for situations that require long cable runs. The converter does not include active signal amplification, so very long cable extensions or complex multi-display daisy-chaining may require different solutions.

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 cm
• Maximum data rate: 10 Gbps
• Supported resolution: up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz
• Connector A: Mini DisplayPort (male)
• Connector B: HDMI (female)
• Colour: Black
• Weight: approx. 15 g

How to use

Connect the Mini DisplayPort end of the converter to the Mini DisplayPort output on your computer or compatible device and plug an HDMI cable from the adapters HDMI female socket to the HDMI input on the display or projector. Once connected, the system should detect the external display automatically; adjust resolution and display arrangement in your operating systems display settings as required. No driver installation is necessary for supported platforms.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure your source device provides a Mini DisplayPort output and that the display accepts HDMI input
• Confirm that a 20 cm cable length is suitable for your setup; longer distances will require an additional HDMI cable
• Verify that your desired resolution and refresh rate are supported by both source and display

Recommendations

Use a high-quality HDMI cable between the converter and the display for best signal integrity. For Ultra HD at 60 Hz, ensure both source and display settings are configured accordingly and avoid chaining multiple passive adapters in series.
