How to use

Unpack the Deco units, connect one unit to your modem using an Ethernet cable, and power on each unit. Download the Deco mobile app and follow the on‑screen instructions to create or join a Deco mesh network. Place the second unit in a central location where it can receive a strong signal from the first unit; add additional Decos if you need more coverage. Switch the operating mode between Router and Access Point in the app according to your network setup.

Recommendations

Position Deco units centrally and avoid placing them near large metal objects or microwaves. For best performance, enable Ethernet backhaul where possible and keep firmware up to date via the Deco app.
