Merten Μονάδα θερμοστάτη χώρου, Ανθρακί MEG5779-0414

This mechanical room temperature controller module from Merten offers a straightforward, reliable way to regulate heating or cooling in flush-mounted installations. Unlike electronic controllers that require programming, the bimetal-based switching responds directly to ambient temperature changes, making it ideal for users who prefer simple, maintenance-free operation. The anthracite finish integrates cleanly with Merten System M and System Design frames, providing a consistent look across your switch range.

Highlights

• Mechanical bimetal control principle for dependable, drift-free switching
• Adjustable temperature range from +5 °C to +30 °C with approximately 0.5 K differential
• 1-pole changeover contact (SPDT) supports both heating and cooling modes via wiring
• Rated for 10 A resistive loads (4 A inductive at cos φ = 0.6) at 230 V AC
• Flush-mounted design fits standard flush boxes; screw terminals accept up to 2.5 mm² cables

In daily use

The module is designed to be paired with a compatible cover plate and frame from the Merten System M or System Design ranges. Once installed, the rotary knob allows direct temperature adjustment without the need for tools or digital menus. The integrated NTC sensor ensures stable and accurate room temperature measurement, while the changeover contact gives flexibility for either heating or cooling applications. The halogen-free thermoplastic housing contributes to a durable, low-maintenance installation.
