Its female-to-female design allows you to connect a standard HDMI cable from a source device on one side and a display cable on the other, all within a standard wall box. The grey thermoplastic housing matches other Merten inserts for a cohesive look, and the 4K UHD support ensures compatibility with today's high-resolution content.

Ideal use cases

• Conference rooms and meeting spaces for laptop-to-display connections
• Home theater installations where a wall-mounted TV needs a hidden HDMI port
• Educational facilities for connecting projectors or interactive displays
• Commercial buildings with centralized AV distribution

Good to know

The module is a passive pass-through device, meaning it does not amplify or convert signals. Ensure your HDMI cables meet the required length and quality for your resolution. It is designed for indoor use only (IP20) and should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations.
