BitsPower BP-BSQR-C is a brass accessory with a black finish designed for PC liquid cooling systems. It functions as a durable fitting component for routing coolant and connecting elements in custom loops. The part features a hi-flow internal design and a 360-degree rotation capability, intended to simplify tubing routing while maintaining reliability and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

The brass construction offers mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion, while the high-flow internal geometry reduces flow restriction in liquid cooling loops. A 360-degree rotary joint allows flexible orientation during installation, and the black sparkle nickel finish provides increased surface hardness and aesthetic uniformity. The design conforms to common G1/4" thread standards used across PC water-cooling components and is RoHS compliant for restricted hazardous substances.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops requiring durable fittings
• Routing coolant where flexible orientation is needed
• Replacement or upgrade of existing brass fittings in water-cooling systems

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Finish: black sparkle nickel plating
• Design: true hi-flow internal geometry
• Rotation: 360-degree rotary capability
• Thread standard: compatible with common 1/4" water-cooling threads
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the fitting into the corresponding G1/4" threaded port on a radiator, pump, reservoir or block by hand-turning until seated, then tighten to a snug fit using appropriate tools without over-torquing to avoid damaging threads. Use the 360-degree rotation to orient the tubing or hardline for optimal routing before final tightening. Ensure all connections are tested for leaks prior to powering the system and perform a pressure or leak test with coolant or a safe test fluid according to standard PC water-cooling procedures.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, assemble fittings with clean threads and compatible sealing methods (e.g., PTFE tape or proper O-rings where applicable). Avoid excessive force during installation and inspect fittings periodically for signs of wear or corrosion, especially when using aggressive additives or dyed coolants.
